Die oberen Zweidrittel des Plakats werden von einem Soldaten in blauer Uniform und Schiffchen eingenommen, der gemeinsam mit einem zwitschernden Vogel in einem gelben Ballon mit orangefarbenem Korb fährt. Im unteren Drittel türmen sich weiße Wolken auf - dort hätten Veranstaltungsort und -zeit handschriftlich eingetragen werden sollen. Am rechten Bildrand signiert: Schwitzke.

Hans-Joachim Schwitzke begann direkt nach seiner Ausbildung zum Grafiker für die US-Amerikaner in Ramstein zu arbeiten. Er arbeitete von 1954-58 für die 12. Air Force.
