In der Abschrift ist zunächst die Firmengeschichte der Christoph & Unmack AG in einem kurzen Abriss erzählt. Es folgen eine Auflistung der Zweigniederlassungen und Vertretungen und Aufzählungen der Produkte, die in den einzelnen Betriebszweigen hergestellt werden - zuerst der Holzbau, dann der Maschinenbau und zum Schluss der Waggonbau.
