Backrezept für Bubenschenkel
Die "Bubenschenkel" ist ein Hefegebäck, dass beim Jahresabschluss der Schule nach den Prüfungen an den Schulkinder verteilt worden. Im 18. Jahrhundert wurden bei dieser Gelegenheit "Examensweck" verteilt.
Dieser Brauch bestand bis Mitte des 20. Jahrhunderts.

Das Rezept stammt aus den Nordheimer Geschichtsblätter (Seite 145 und 146). In Nordheim (Hessen, jetzt Ortsteil von Biblis) wurden auch "Buweschenkel" an den Schüler verteilt.
