Der Notizblock ist ein Werbegeschenk des VEB Metalleichtbaukombinat Werk Niesky. In der oberen linken Ecke befindet sich eine Zeichnung eines markanten Gebäudes von Niesky. Das Eckgebäude an der Ecke Görlitzer/Bautzener Straße (heute Teil der Sparkasse) war während der DDR-Zeit ein HO-Kaufhaus (im Volksmund "Eck-HO).

Unter der Abbildung steht "Stadt Niesky", im unteren Abschnitt der Notizzettel Firmenlogo und die Kontaktdaten des Betriebes.
