Auf den ersten 18 Seiten, nach Vorwort und Prolog, werden in Gedichtsform lustig einzelne Funktionen und Personen der Kompanie beschrieben. In Seite 19 macht sich der Autor lustig über "Errungenschaften und Anzeigen" . Die Weihnachtszeitung endet mit einem Schlußwort.
Die Zeitung ist mit einer rosa Kordel gebunden.
