Schwarzes Telefon mit Wählscheibe und Schulterhalterung. Beschriftung in Weiß. Reguläre Beschriftung der Telefonwählscheibe mit Buchstaben und Ziffern. Auf Wählscheibenmitte handschriftlich: 7264.
In den 1970er Jahren wurde das Büro des standorthöchsten Generals auf der Air Base Ramstein komplett renoviert. Bei der dieser Renovierung wurde das Telefon aus dem Büro entfernt und durch neues Equipment ersetzt.
