Verkauf eines Hofgutes in Melbach/Wölfersheim, 24. September 1637. Johann Gottfried (Gottfridt) Arthusius, fürstlich hessischer Amtsverweser in Staden/Wetterau und seine Ehefrau Elisabeth Maria verkaufen ein Hofgut von vier Hufen und 18 Morgen an Jesaja (Esaiae) Fabricio und dessen Ehefrau Anna Elisabeth. Die Not des Krieges zwingt sie dazu.
