Front: Der von zwei Löwen gehaltene Stadtschild unter einer Lilie. Am Beginn der Umschrift das Münzmeisterzeichen vier Zainhaken (Johann Casimir Hermann). Im l. F. und mittig zwei russische Gegenstempel: rechteckig der Zar zu Pferde und rund mit der Jahreszahl 1655.
Rear: Lilie.
Provenience: Seit mindestens 1868 im Bestand des Münzkabinetts.
