Dieses runde Petschaft hat eine gedrechselte Handhabe und eine gravierte Siegelfläche aus Messing.
Auf der Siegelfläche ist außen ein Perlreif abgebildet und darin die gravierte Umschrift: "S.PETRUS.URBIS.GESECENSIS.PATRONUS". Mittig befindet sich ein Baldachin mit einer Hermelindecke. Davor steht S. Petrus mit einem Nimbus und einem Schlüssel in der Hand.
