Es handelt es sich um eine Abzeichnung einer Grundstückkarte von 1786. Auf der Karte befinden sich Vorwerke, die zum Hoyerswerdaer Schloss gehörten. Zu diesen zählten unter anderem Wirtschaftshäuser, Grundstücke, Felder, Teiche, Seen und Mühlen. Diese sind alphabetisch und numerisch im Verzeichnis gekennzeichnet.
