Shaft of a spear

Description

Probably a spear shaft from palm wood with two yellowish cuffs from woven plant fibre with a band pattern and a fringe on each side. One end of the shaft is slightly sharpened and provided with three carved notches. The other end is round but is split in two. On this side, presumably a piece (a tip?) was put in.

The origin of the object is unknown.
