An arrow from a bamboo shaft and with a put on wooden arrowhead. The shaft is decorated with geometric line elements in black and at the tip are two sections where fine barbs are carved out on both sides. At the tip, at the junction to the shaft and below, in the area of the notch, the arrow is wrapped with bast.
The spear comes from Papua New Guinea and presumably belongs to the collection of Albert Daiber; a definite attribution, however, is not possible.
