Prägeanstalt: VEB Walzwerk Hettstedt im VEB Mansfeld Kombinat "Wilhelm Pieck". Aus einer 10 Medaillen umfassenden Serie in Vorbereitung der Martin-Luther-Feierlichkeiten 1983, auf Veranlassung des Rats der Stadt Wittenberg 1981.
