Prägeanstalt: B. H. Mayer, Pforzheim. Die vom Bezirkskirchenrat des Dekanats Bretten gestiftete Medaille wurde an die Mitglieder des Melanchthonvereins Bretten für deren Verdienste um das Melanchthonhaus am 21. April 1985 verliehen.
