Frankiert ist die Karte mit zwei drei Pfennig Briefmarken, Motiv Hindenburg, und abgestempelt mit dem Stempel der Post und dem Werbeeintrag für das Heilbad im unteren Stempelbereich "Heilbad gegen Zucken, Gallen-Magen-Darm-u-Nierenleiden mit Warmquellensprudel".
Rückseite:
Vordruck liniert für Texteingaben. Unten links vorgedruckt "Bodendorf (Ahr), den ..............193.." und rechts "Hochachtend"
