Description

Orden in 3D in Wappenform aus Buntmetall. Auf dem flachen Untergrund sind erhaben oben rechts das Stadtwappen und oben rechts ein Narrenkopf abgebildet. Zwischen den beiden Symbolen ist die Jahreszahl 1983 vertieft in die Grundplatte eingelassen. Darunter das Prinzenpaar mit einem Textband "Prinz Willi I und Prinzessin Gertrud I." Der Orden ist mit einer blau-gelb gedrehten Schnur versehen.
