Der Tiger Talk war die Standortzeitung der Air Base Sembach. Die Ausgabe ist "Welcome to Germany" betitelt. Die Soldaten und ihre Angehörigen, die neu auf dem Fliegerhorst ankamen, konnten in dem Heft Informationen zur Geschichte der Base und der dort stationiert Einheiten finden, aber auch welche Dienstleister wo zu finden waren. Außerdem sind Pläne der Base und der Housing Area in dem Heft abgebildet.
