Kleines Band aus schwarzgoldener Seide mit eingewebtem Motiv. Auf schwarzem Untergrund goldenes Monogramm "FR", darüber und darunter Schriftzug "Vivat". Die gebogten Seitenränder sind aus goldfarbener Seide mit eingewebten geometrischen Mustern in Grau.
