Description

Weißes Seidenband mit schwarzem Aufdruck. Unter Zweckinschrift strahlende - dunkle Wolken durchbrechende -Sonne umgeben von einem Spruchband: "Die Friedenssonne geht nun auf...", darunter eine Palme als Symbol des Friedens mit den Wappen von Preußen und Rußland und zwei sich die Hand reichende Könige. Ein verziertes Epigramm bildet den Abschluss.
