"O die allzu glücklichen Landleute, wenn sie ihr Glück erkennten!" Dieser Ausruf aus Vergils Georgica, Buch 2, Vers 458 ff. kommt auch dem Piraten Dreifuss in "Asterix bei den Briten" über die Lippen, als die Galeere der Piraten von der römischen Flotte auf deren Weg nach Britannien versenkt wurde.
Nach dem Blatt entstand eine Aquatintaradierung, ebenfalls in Sepia.
