Datiert 1910.
In den Jahren 1864/65 wurde in der Holter Eisenhütte auch eine Maschinenwerkstatt eingerichtet, in der komplette Mühlenanlagen und Sägegatter sowie verschiedene landwirtschaftliche Maschinen angefertigt wurden.
