Blaues Seidenband mit schwarzem Aufdruck und gebogten Seitenrändern. Unter Herzogshut ein verziertes "C". Darunter Band mit Schriftzug, gefolgt vom Bild einer Stadt in Art eines Miniaturgemäldes. Darunter Darstellung eines Engels und eine Zweckinschrift "Ewig soll Dein Glanz uns scheinen, Herzog, Vater, Lust der Deinen!"
