Nemzetközi Eucharisztikus Kongresszus és a Szent István Jubileumi Év rendezvényeinek látogatásához biztosított kedvezményes menetjegyeket, valamint múzeumi belépőjegyeket. A füzet nagy részét reklámok foglalják el. Címlapján a Lánchíd kontúrja, ostya és kehely látható. Hajdú Gyuláné nemestördemici (ma Badacsonytördemic) lakos tulajdona volt. A Pallas Nyomda terméke.
