Weißes Seidenband mit schwarzem Aufdruck. Unter Zweckinschrift Bildmotiv: Sonne von einem Wolkenkranz umgeben. Darunter auf einem Sockel ein Obelisk, an dessen Fuß die bekrönten Monogramme "FR" und "GR". Weitere Zweckinschrift in Versform.
