Bei dem mittleren Haus, Ritterstraße 1, handelt es sich um einen in seinen Ursprüngen spätmittelalterlichen Fachwerkbau. Die drei Turmhauben der Michaeliskirche prägen das Zeitzer Stadtbild seit der Zeit des Barock.
