Lekerekített sarkú négyzet alakú, világosszürke-fáradtzöld színű, műanyag, önfestékező, postahivatali kezelési bélyegző. A lenyomat szövege állandó: B BIZTOSÍTOTT AJÁNLOTT keretezett felirat. A lenyomat fehér alapon kék betűkkel a bélyegzőtestre ragasztva.
