Diese manuelle Brotschneidemaschine wurde Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts genutzt, um Brot zu schneiden. Dazu wurde das Brot unter das Fallbeil gelegt und dieses am Hebel von oben kraftvoll nach unten gedrückt.
