A zalaegerszegi királyi tanfelügyelő felhívása az iskolák részére, hogy a miniszteri rendeletben, illetve a Néptanítók Lapjában meghatározott módon tartsanak iskolai ünnepségeket, illetve a tanulóifjúság részvételét tegyék lehetővé a helyi ünnepélyeken.A levelet zöldes árnyalatú papírra írták 1896. március 20-án, jobb széle elmosódott.
