Description

Auf den ostfriesischen Inseln (wie auch in der Lüneburger Heide und um Worpswede) ist Dorothea Milde ab 1916 regelmäßig. Hier zeichnet sie den Inselstrand von Langeoog mit Strandkörben und im Wind flatternden Fahnen auf hohen Holzstangen. Unter einer Wimpelkette stehen zwei Menschen. Sehr ähnlich eine auf 1920 datierte Zeichnung (Inv.-Nr. NLMx Hz 208).

Handschriftlich bezeichnet: "Auf Langeoog. - Dorothea Milde."
