Description

In der europäischen, auf den Grundlagen der griechischen-römischen Antike basierenden Kultur wird die Eule als Symbol der Weisheit verstanden. Die ägyptische Kultur wies der Eule eine andere Bedeutung zu. So war sie nicht Symbol für Weisheit, sondern war innerhalb der Hieroglyphenschrift die ‚Bildmarke‘ für den Buchstaben ‚M‘. (AVS)
