Zala vármegye királyi tanfelügyelőjének levele, 1942. február 6-i dátummal, Zalaegerszegről. Értesíti Hegyi Lajos balatonhenyei tanítót, hogy kilencven napra meghagyják tanítói foglalkozásában és mentesül a katonai behívó hatálya alól. Amennyiben mégis behívót kapna, akkor értesítse hivatalát.
