Description

Hüftbild nach rechts. Bildnis des österreichischen Kaisers Joseph II. (1741-1790), reg. 1765-1790, im Harnisch und Hermelinmantel. Um den Hals trägt der Kaiser den Orden vom Goldenen Vlies; seine linke Hand umfasst die Reichskrone. Von 1765 bis 1780 amtierte Joseph als Mitregent seiner Mutter Maria Theresia in den Ländern der Habsburgermonarchie.

Auf der Rückseite signiert und datiert: "Joseph d. 2 [...] / Sailer pinx[it] / 176[7]"
