Der Geschäftsträger der portugiesischen Gesandtschaft in Frankreich bestätigt den Rückerhalt der Insignien des St.-Jakobs-Ordens, der Karl du Thil vom portugiesischen König verliehen worden war. Karl du Thil war am 17. Mai 1859 in Darmstadt verstorben.
