Japanischer Abakus.
15-reihiger Soroban aus Holz. Anstelle der sonst üblichen Keta mit Kugeln, sind hier kleine Plättchen zum Kippen.
Der Abakus ist ein ideales Rechenhilfsmittel für Blinde.
Das Modell entspricht dem Typ >4+1< Kugeln, der sich um etwa 1930 in Japan durchsetzte.
