Description

Auf dem Bierkrug mit Metalldeckel sind die Initialen "R. B." eingraviert. Umläufig auf dem Rand steht "Zum 25jährigen Lehrer-Jubiläum gewidmet von Familie Maurer. April 1914".

Im Berliner Adressbuch von 1914 konnte in Weißensee die Familie Maurer ermittelt werden: "Alexander Maurer (Familienvorstand), Handelskaufmann, Sedanstraße 111" (seit 1951 Bizetstraße; zweimalige Umnummerierung).
Weiterhin sind dort zwei Lehrer, deren Namen mit dem Buchstaben "B" beginnen, verzeichnet, im Reform-Realgymnasium der Oberlehrer Dr. Behrend und in der Oberrealschule (Pistoriusstraße) den Turnlehrer Breutkreuz.
Einem von ihnen könnte der Bierkrug gehört haben.
