Description

Das Foto zeigt die Vereidigung von Rekruten am 28.11.1938 auf dem Hofe der Grimmaer Artilleriekaserne. Dazu waren aus der Stadt die Vertreter von Partei und Behörden und der Kyffhäuserbund erschienen. Die Rekruten sind nach Batterien in einem offenen Viereck angetreten. Zwischen den beiden Geschützen steht ein kleiner Feldaltar, von dem aus der evangelische Heerespfarrer Bethge und der katholische Heerespfarrer Apelt aus Leipzig über die Bedeutung des Eides sprachen.
