Description

Feuersteinbeil aus schwarzbraunem Feuerstein. Die vordere Schneide ist geschliffen, der Schaft sonst muschelig. Steinbeile gehörten zu den wichtigsten Werkzeugen der europäischen Jungsteinzeit. An einer Seite ist das Beil nachträglich mit der Aufschrift "Gronau" beschriftet .
Datierung: Jüngere Steinzeit
Fundort: Einzelfund, Gronau.
