Szürke márványfoltos alapon négy függőleges hasábban egy-egy színes portréfotó karmesterekről - Ligeti András, dr. Vasady Balogh Lajos, Medveczky Ádám, Lukács Ervin. Alatta az általuk vezényelt koncert idejének és programjának részletei. Fölül piros-fekete betűkkel a plakát címe: "90 éves a Matáv Szimfonikus Zenekar", bal oldalon szürke alapon fehér betűkkel "1907 - 1997 Négy hangverseny a Vigadóban 1997 őszén".
