A fóti Koczoh László 1. évfolyamos tanítóképezdei bizonyítványa a budapesti kir. kath. férfitanítóképezdéből az 1880-81-es tanévből. A lap alján a tanítóképző bélyegzője, illetve az igazgató és az igazgató tanár aláírása látható 1881 jún. 28-i dátummal. A hátoldalon 30 filléres illetékbélyeg van, a fővárosi tanács illetékes segédhivatalának bélyegzőjével. Szakadt, ragasztott.
