Die Bildseite der Karte trägt eine Chromlithografie mit einem aus Ästen gebildeten Rechteckrahmen, dessen Ränder teilweise von Vergissmeinnicht-Blüten gesäumt sind. Innerhalb des Rahmens ist eine farbige Ostansicht der Burg Falkenstein geklebt. Am unteren Rand des Bildes ist es in Gold bezeichnet.
Die übrige Fläche dient als Feld für den privaten Grußtext.
