Description

Ein Sterilisator ist ein Gerät zum Abtöten von Krankheitserregern wie Bakterien (Sterilisation), meist durch Erhitzen unter Druck und unter der Verwendung von Wasserdampf.
Bevor ein Wein auf die Flasche gefüllt wird, muss diese Flasche keimfrei (sterilisiert) gemacht werden, damt der Wein als Lebensmittel in diesem Behältnis Flasche in den Handel gelangen darf.
