Grafikai plakát. Mélyzöld színű alapon kürtöt fújó lovasfutár rajza fekete színnel. Felette fehér betűkkel:
"Die Jahreszusammenstellung 1990"
A grafika közepén fekete alapú mezőben az 1990-ben forgalomba bocsátott osztrák bélyegek színes fotója, és egy apró, fehér betűkből álló szövegtömb. Jobb alsó sarokban az osztrák posta sárga színű logója.
