Fekvő formátumú szöveges plakát. Fehér alapon fekete betűkkel táblázatba szedve, belföldi- és külföldi forgalom szerint. A táblázat felett a cím; bal oldalon a Magyar Posta logója, alatta "1985. január 21." - a tarifa érvényességének kezdeti dátuma.
