A fehér kerettel, zöld alapon ábrázolt kártya kibocsátó említése nélkül hívja fel a figyelmet az egészséges életmódra: KEZDD KORÁN! ki kiskorától kocog a legtovább kacag. FUSS NAPONTA10 PERCET 10 ÉVVEL TOVÁBB ÉLSZ. Két életvidám, jóltáplált gyerek fut az egészségéért. A kártya tervezőjének jele, "judi" is szerepel a futó, lófarkas kislány lába alatt.
