Fehér alapon színes virágcsokor előtt borítékot egymásnak átadó két kéz. Jobb alsó sarokban a lengyel irányítószám-kampány figurája, kis madárka boríték testtel. A grafika jobb oldalán oldalt szignó: "Tereczhowicz". A grafika felett fekete betűkkel két sorban:
"Kod pocztowy ulatwia i przyspiesza" [Az irányítószám megkönnyíti és gyorsabbá teszi]
