Az UIT (a Nemzetközi Távközlési Unió) francia nyelvű plakátja. Sötétkék alapon piros-sárga-kék csíkokból összeálló kerükeión pálca, Hermésznek mint az istenek hírnökének attribútuma: két kígyó tekereg és fölöttük egy angyalszárny. Az angyalszárnyak helyén az Unesco és az UIT logója.
Fehér betűkkel "17. may 1981. World Telecommunication Day. Telecommunications and Health"
5 db kétféle méretben, angol és francia nyelvű változatban.
