Élénk kék alapon középen fehér boríték, piros bélyeggel, két oldalán nagy madárszárnyakkal. A rajz felett fekete betűkkel:
"Myedzinarodowy Tydzien Pisania Listów" [Nemzetközi Levelező Hét],
alatta fehér betűkkel a dátum. A borítékon világoskék betűkkel címzésszöveg. Jobb alsó sarokban fekete betűkkel szignó: "T. Kobak 60"
