Lila alapon fekete betűkkel a zenekar 1977. január 13-án, az oroszlányi művelődési házban rendezett koncertjének programja és szereplői. Felül lekerekített sarkú mezőben "Országos Filharmónia" és annak logója.
Vezényel: dr. Vasady-Balogh Lajos.
