Fehér alapon 10 sorba, 4 hasábba rendezve a külföldre vonatkozó postai díjak. Legfölül 4 piktogrammal jelölve a szolgáltatások: levél, levelezőlap, távirat és telefonálás. Bal oldalon a nemzeti színekkel jelölve a célországok. Legalsó sorban az ajánlás, az expressz és a légipostai különdíjak.
