Piszkosfehér alapon gyűrött papírokkal fedett, oroszlánfej-foglalatú kopogtató, helyenként rászórt piros festékkel. Ferde vonalú sorokban piros és zöld betűkkel:
"Országos Múzeumi és Műemléki hónap, 1981. október"
Sarkain és szélein a használatból fakadó hiányok.
